I believe you can only live your life to the fullest by living from your heart and being your most authentic self. This is sometimes scary, because we might be afraid of loosing our carefully constructed identities. Over the years we have built up masks (consciously and unconsciously) to fit ourselves into the roles that we believe we have to play. Through our masks and beliefs we have created filters through which we interpret reality. Once we become aware of our filters and beliefs we can choose if we want to keep them or change them. We can choose to take back our power or give it away, because we then take full responsibility for our life experiences. Once we find the courage to let go of the beliefs and the masks that no longer serve us, we realize that there was never really anything to loose anyway.
Discover who you are and find the most wonderful person you could ever meet: the real you! Personal growth has nothing to do with becoming a better person. It has everything to do with DIS-covering more and embracing all of who you already are...... The journey of dis-covery is called LIFE. It's a journey, not a fixed state that you strive to reach. Once you embark on this journey, your view on life will never be the same. Awareness creates choice. With awareness you can choose to consciously evolve. That's evolution by choice, not chance. We are the co-creators of our future, so let's start and write a new script for the world by writing our own beautiful scripts!
